General safety awareness

The General Safety Awareness course is designed for clients who wish to have safety awareness like Employees, Managers and Supervisors requiring skills in Safety & Health and HSE members. This course learns how to act safely to create a safe working environment within the organization.

The course will meet the recommendations of the International standards for training of Safety and Health to the appointed person.

The Occupational health and safety awareness training provides a basic understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), and does not replace any sector specific, hazard specific, or competency specific training.

The health and safety awareness course trains delegates to ensure that their actions contribute to health and safety in the workplace and that individual responsibilities are clearly understood. ideally the training course should be delivered as part of an induction program, but it can form part of ongoing health and safety training
